I no longer live near Memories of India but EVERY time I visit the area I come here for a meal. Food is always divine and the service is excellent.

We have started going here recently, and it is highly recommended.

Consistently good. Excellent food, good service, nice atmosphere. Pleasant and helpful staff. Been lots of times, never disappointed.

The last time I went to Memories of India was about 30 years ago, and what struck me then still does - not "typical" Indian dishes, but ones that make you ask "what's this?", and you get a full answer. Wonderful fresh spices, sensible portions and very good quality and at a fair price. Won't be as long before the next visit!

We really enjoy the food at Memories, butt I would stress that the access for disability is not very good. We came with my husband in a wheel chair and unfortunately he fell when trying to negotiate the 2 steps when leaving.

Food was fantastic but the service was very poor. Unfortunately we had to wait 20 minutes between starter & main course also, no attention to our drinks before they were empty. I also had to ask two different members of staff for the bill, the second one i had to leave my table to find someone...NOT GOOD! I must add it was a shame as this restaurant came highly recommended by a friend who lives in the area however, although the food was great, it was the service that stays in my mind. Unfortunately my wife & i will not be returning.

Had a great meal with our 2 children aged 10 and 5 years. Made to feel welcome, helpful staff fantastic food and great service. We will be back. Thank you
